This week Dreamcon will be in town. If you plan to be around George RR Brown convention center then you will be surrounded by cosplayers as they get ready to compete for not one but two cosplay competitions this weekend. For all those you have tickets or you want to see and take pictures with some of the best cosplayers you ever seen. Have fun!

We will be in attendance at Dreamcon and will take pictures of the cosplayers. We’ll share some of the pictures next week. If you are attending let us know!

This week we have a line up of events coming soon or happening this week that you can attend solo or with friends.

Saturday May 31st. Get ready to unwind with Books & Bourbon – an evening of spirited sips, good reads, and great company. Time: 7pm–10pm.

June 7 is Prince Day in Houston. If you are a fan of the only Prince we recognize. This event will not be one to miss. Partygoers will enjoy video footage, themed drink specials, culinary creations, art displays, LIVE music showcase, and dance the dance electric with two of Houston's HOTTEST DJs (The Hollywood Boys), spinning all the Purple hits/classics/B-Sides and MORE!!
